Warranties:

Pacific Echo, Inc. guarantees all manufactured goods to be free from defects due to workmanship and materials. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties either expressed or implied, including warranties for fitness for purposes intended.

Merchandise damaged as a result of carelessness, improper handling, rodents, insects (termite) or misapplication is specifically excluded from this warranty, as are all implied warranties, on any consequential injury, property damage and/or loss of profit which may be claimed to have occurred thought the sale or use of any such product.

The warranty is limited to replacement of the product or an account credit in the amount of the original selling price, at the option of Pacific Echo, Inc. All products presumed to be defective must be returned by prepaid transportation to Pacific Echo, Inc. together with information describing the product's performance. All returns require prior authorization by Pacific Echo, Inc. 

Force Majeure:

Seller shall not be liable for failure to perform or for delay in performance due to Acts of God, flood, Fire, Acts of War, government authority, riots, explosions, embargo; Labor difficulty, strikes, breakdown of machinery or equipment, accidents; Shortage or inability to obtain raw materials, equipment, fuel, power, transportation; Acts or omission of the Buyer; Any cause beyond Seller's reasonable control.
